President Uhuru Kenyatta, on Wednesday afternoon, sustained his static stand on the possibility of increased allocation of money to counties. Citing monetary hardships faced by the national government, Kenyatta urged counties to work with the Sh 316 billion available and forget about accessing sh.331 billion.
