Former football star MacDonald Mariga was on Tuesday red-carded from the Kibra by-election showdown. Jubilee Party has denied former Kenya international and Inter Milan midfielder MacDonald Mariga is in the Kibra parliamentary by-election. In a supposed Jubilee letter to the IEBC chairman, Mariga was listed alongside Morris Peter Kinyanjui, Walter Mukinyingi, Said Ibrahim and Doreen Wasike.
